Users are advised to supervise AI Agent outputs, especially in critical decision-making contexts. Zavora Technologies Ltd. does not assume responsibility for actions taken based on AI Agent outputs.
Resource Limitations and Rate Limits
AI Agents have limited computational resources and API call limits per month. Once these limits are reached, the AI Agents will cease operations until resources become available again. Additionally, AI Agents are subject to rate limits to ensure fair usage and system stability. Users are notified when limits are approaching to manage their operations accordingly.
Prohibition of Illegal Activities
Users must not prompt AI Agents to perform any activities that are illegal, unethical, or harmful. Zavora Technologies Ltd. reserves the right to terminate user accounts and report such activities to relevant authorities. Promoting or engaging in illegal activities through AI Agents is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
Audit Trails
All activities performed by AI Agents are logged and maintained in an audit trail to ensure accountability, monitor performance, and facilitate improvements. This audit trail is used solely for performance tracking and enhancement of AI Agents and is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

Zavora.ai offers a range of AI-enabled services designed to enhance business operations. These services include, but are not limited to, AI Employees, AI Teams and AI Companies with task driven roles such as AI Finance & Strategy Director, AI Chief Solutions Architect, AI Receptionist, and AI Customer Service Manager. By using these services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
